No cutting Simple 4 bolt mounting 
1 Bolt top and bottom bumper sections together
2 Remove fairlead
3 Install two lower bolts loosely to hole bumper  ,
4 Use 3/8 extension and 13mm socket to install top supplied bolts into stock  fair lead location   
5 Install clip nuts to the outside holes Use fair-lead stock allen cap bolts to install fairlead

8mm allen socket 
13mm socket 
pliers to remove carter key from winch hook
